PilatesPilates is a mixture of floor and equipment based exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and balance your whole body. This can be really beneficial in rehabilitation from injury and prevention of further problems. Our physiotherapist's Jolene, Vanessa and Kimberley are starting Pilates classes here at SportsMed beginning of August. Why do pilates?
