Massage techniques used are neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, pregnancy and relaxation massage,
Remedial massage therapist (RMT with Massage NZ)
NZ Academy of Sport Accredited provider
Co-coordinator of Speight’s Coast to Coast Event since 2006.
Worked with many elite athletes, including: NZ High Performance Swim Team, All Blacks, Tactix Netball, super 14 Teams, NZ Women’s Cricket Team.
Personal interest. Gym classes weight training (aerobic instructor and personal trainer background), tramping, gardening continuing education.

Lecturer at Canterbury College of Natural Medicine since 2001 – Diploma of massage.
Massage specialties range from relaxation, stress release for general public to high level elite sportspeople including All Blacks, Crusaders and athletes from many sports such as weightlifting, netball, lawn bowls, and cycling, to name a few.

· Practising massage professionally since 2003.
· Remedial Massage Therapist (RMT with Massage NZ)
· Modalities offered: Therapeutic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, injury prevention/recovery.
· Provide compression garment consultations (sport & medical) for athletes and members of public.
· Work with many New Zealand elite athletes (athletics, rugby, netball, cricket, cycling, kayaking & football)
· Lecturing manual lymphatic drainage courses since 2009.
Personal interest include: travelling, coaching junior football, and cycling.
